 The Publication Scheme

In line with The Freedom of Information Act 2000, Section 20, Stoke Orchard and Tredington  Parish Council have approved a publication scheme based on the model provided by the Information Commissioner.   The publication scheme commits the parish council to make information available to the public as part of its normal business activities.

DATA PROTECTION

The Data Protection Act 2018 came into force on 25th May 2018.  Stoke Orchard and Tredington Parish Council has published three privacy policies, all these documents can be viewed below:

ACCOUNTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2018

Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014 Sections 26 and 27  The Accounts and Audit Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/234)

Each year the smaller authority’s Annual Governance and Accountability Return (AGAR) needs to be reviewed by an external auditor appointed by Smaller Authorities’ Audit Appointments Ltd.   The Annual Governance & Accountability Return (AGAR) has been published and the below, as it has yet to be completed by the appointed auditor, it is subject to change as a result of that review
